Before we even meet, I gather everything I need to help build your path. You’ll complete a short intake form where I learn about your background, past experience, personality, salary goals, and the kind of work you want to pursue. I’ll also ask you to send a headshot so I can begin refining your professional presence right away.Using all of that, I apply the TechKnow Algorithm to translate your real life experience into realistic tech career options. From there, I identify 3 to 5 career paths that align with your background, strengths, and goals, not just what sounds good, but what actually makes sense for you. These options can include a mix of remote, hybrid, and in person roles, along with estimated salary ranges so you have a clear understanding of what is possible.Then we turn that into a structured, step by step plan so you know exactly how to move forward with clarity and confidence. You are not starting over.
